SUMMARY:ACE member meeting
DESCRIPTION:General meeting for UCU members working in adult and community education. \nAt the meeting we will be discussing: \n\nthe results of the survey; what is happening in ACE at the current time\nterms and conditions for members working in ACE\, how they are determined and how funding for ACE is secured\nFund the Future campaign – how it applies to ACE\nhealth and safety at work – your rights in the workplace in light of the Covid-19 pandemic\na vision for the future – what do we want ACE to look like in the future and how can we campaign for it?\n\nThe meeting will be attended by Naina Kent (UCU NEC ACE rep)\, Andrew Harden (UCU head of FE)\, Jane Thompson (bargaining and negotiations official); and Vicky Blake (UCU president) has also been invited. \nThere will be time for questions at the event but if you would rather send in a question please do so when you register. \nRegistration is now open and will close at 5pm on 10 November. \nRegister here
